By Placing an order with MGC Succulents, you are confirming that you have read and agree with the following terms and conditions:
🌵 We send all plants bare rooted without the pot and minimal soil
🌵 We do not ship any plants in the cupcake box, our cupcake boxes that are pictured are for market purposes only.
🌵 All advertised prices exclude shipping, shipping is an additional cost and will be calculated in the checkout.
🌵 When purchasing any plant, they may vary in size, shape, and colour. The root system in each plant will also vary. We only sell rooted plants unless otherwise stated. Each product will not always look exactly like the picture. We take our pictures during the plants best growing season when in optimal shape and colour. The colour of the plant will vary each season, and will depend on stress levels.
🌵 Unfortunately due to a high volume of orders, we can not alter, change or add any plants to an existing order. Please ensure that you have added the correct code if using a promotion as we can not alter this once an order has been placed.
🛑 We sell living plants. Plants are not to be eaten or consumed.

We know you're eager to receive your plants, And please know we are sending them out as soon as we can. But please read the following:

🌵 Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your junk folder.
🌵 You will receive tracking details & a confirmation email once your plants have started being processed. Please check your junk folder.
🌵 We ship all our plants bare rooted without the pot and minimal soil.
🌵 Plants may lose leaves in transit. Please see our care tips for details.
🌵 Plants my become a little stretchy during transit. Please see our care tips for details.
🌵 MGC Succulents take a lot of pride and care when packaging plants, unfortunately we cannot be liable for any damage occurred while in the hands of Australia post. Please contact Australia post if your parcel has been damaged.
🌵 MGC Succulents will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels incurred during the delivery process, Delivery delays which are out of our control, or re-distributing parcels due to an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. This includes Authority to leave parcels. We wish to do everything possible to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.
🌵 If your plants arrive damaged, please send us any images within 24 hours so we can assess any damage. Please refer to our Refund policy below for further details.
🌵 Express post: Express post is usually next day delivery; this may take longer in regional areas and peak periods. Please see Australia Post website for full details.
As our products are living plants, unfortunately we do not accept any returns. We also do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If any substantial damage occurs to your plants, please email us any pictures so that we can assess the damage. In most cases we will guide you with the best care advice to help you rejuvenate your plant. If we deem that the plant is not salvageable, then we will offer you a gift card to the full purchase amount of the plant excluding Postage & handling charges.
🌵 Please note: Plants may lose leaves or become a little stretchy in transit. We do not offer any replacements or gift cards if this occurs. Please see our care tips for details.
🌵 We do not grow our plants in climate controlled greenhouses. Our plants are grown in their natural climate (Full Sun) we grow in full sun with no protection. (Shade) We grow our shade plants in a shade house. Plants will naturally have markings on their leaves from the sun, this does not mean the plant is damaged, It means it has been grown hard and in it's natural climate. Please do not email or message us if your plants have a few marks on their leaves. This is part of their natural growing process.
🌵 You must email us withing 24 hours of the plant arriving for assessment.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 48 hours of purchasing, as long as you have not receive a notification from us advising your order has been prepared or dispatched.

Please provide: Your full name, Address, Phone number and order number.
Unfortunately we can not cancel or refund orders after 48 hours.

Over sized plants, under sized plants, minor burns, breakages or damage. Our clearance stock will usually be defaulted in some way. Or currently not in it's best season.
Clearance stock will not be refunded or replaced.
We may offer discounts from time to time.
